The 2000AD Futureshock Film Competition is organised by SCI-FI-LONDON.

By submitting your video to the competition run by SCI-FI-LONDON and Rebellion (publishers of 2000AD and owners of the "futureshock" brand, you:
1) Warrant that you own the copyright in the submitted video or you have permission from the copyright owner to enter into this agreement on their behalf. The copyright includes music and visuals. The story idea is owned by 2000AD and its publishers and you are granted a licence to adapt it for a video or animation for use in this competition only.

2) Grant us an irrevocable exclusive world-wide licence to use the video in all media including (but not restricted to) online, terrestrial and satellite television, print publishing etc. in perpetuity.

3) You understand that your video may appear on the 2000ADonline and SCI-FI-LONDON websites, and other 3rd party media.

4) Understand that we reserve the right to use your name and video for publicity purposes on the 2000ADonline.com and SCI-FI-LONDON websites, and/or in 3rd party media without payment of any kind to you.

5) You may not sell or other exploit the video, using the Futureshock story without the express written permission of Rebellion, 2000AD and its publishers.

6) Understand that we reserve the right to refuse to use the video without explanation to you.

7) Hereby indemnify 2000AD and SCI-FI-LONDON against any claims of whatever nature that arise as a result of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions or any warranty offered by you under this agreement.
