Spanish watch-repairman Ramon (Xavi Mira) is in love with office worker and comic fan Angie (Neus Asensi), who wanders through his neighborhood square everyday - well, he spies on her with binoculars and has never had the courage to say one word to her!

One day he spots a strange character around the square - the bowler-hatted stranger turns out to be from the future and after much persuading, convinces Ramon that he holds the key to saving mankind from destruction.  Ramon must save the day! - problem is he can't tell him what he has to do until 5 minutes before he has to do it. Well what did you expect a simple plot?

The film has a highly original football spin, with an obsessive fan witnessing a final between FC vs. Barcelona. - There's no lack of football jokes and film references: the Tempus Fugit pill that send the characters traveling back and forth through time refer directly to the fantasy pills of Jacques Rivette's céline et julie vont en bateau (1974).

This is a charming time-travel film. The Catalan filmmaker Enric Folch, works against the trend of negatively charged cinema and delivers a little gem, where the heart makes leaps of faith and love triumphs over all.   Not to be missed.

a wonderful premise, great time travel device - and spanish football
