Electric Sheep Magazine now out

The latest edition of Electric Sheep magazine has just been released and is available from all good bookshops, including Borders, ICA bookshop and Foyles… Electric Sheep is edited by SFL French translator Virginie Selavy with assistance by SFL podcaster Alex Fitch and looks at cult cinema, anime, DVDs, classic films and more… The magazine mixes articles about film genres with reviews (including one every issue in comic strip format), interviews and competitions.

This month’s illustrators include: Sean Azzopardi Invasion of the Bodysnatchers (1978) / The Invasion (2007 – not shown), Douglas NobleHardware (1990), comic strip review – and Daniel LockeWestworld (1973) / I, Robot (2004 – not shown) and articles on the relationship between robots and their masters on film, the work of ‘Beat’ Takeshi and the cinematic career of Patricia Highsmith’s (talented) Mr. Ripley.
