Brief synopsis:
As the last two surviving members of Special Security Division’s PROCEED Team attempt to clear their names and avenge their fallen comrades, more of Ashley Lynx’s diabolical plans are revealed and a lone pair of disgraced and outcast ex RUC officers may not be enough to stop him. More of the mystery surrounding Solty’s past is unravelled but it seems that doing so may also rewrite large parts of the city’s early history.

Comments:
As can be expected from GONZO, the animation is nicely handled though can become a little inconsistent at times but at least the CGI’s not being overused and is blending in better than it did at the start of the series. Throughout the series the dub track’s improved with each release and at this point even Solty’s VA seems to have gotten the hang of it.

Extras:
Text-less opening and closing animation; Trailers

The animation’s of decently high quality throughout though the English language dub track still leaves something to be desired.
