Call for entries
In our first year we had some fantastic short films submitted. The "best short film" award was given to BAFTA nominated INFERNO directed by Paul Kousalides and starring Nitin Ganatra, Sanjeev Bashkar and Emily Booth.

Year two we gave the Best short to a fantastic animation called TOWN OF THE ONE-HANDED by Heli Ellis

This year we are again calling for short films. Our policy is that every feature film is presented with at least one short film, even the World Premiere of Ken Russell's new film The Fall of the Louse of Usher was screened with Academy nominated Fifty Percent Grey... seems we have impeccable taste!

Last year we introduced our Audience Award and there will be new awards for 2004. We screen all the short films together on 3 occasions and run a continous programme of shorts in the Curzon Bar. The Mini-Cine in the bar area is free and runs for the duration of the festival. The audience are able to request a film in the Mini-Cine.

For feature film and documentary submissions you can download the form or contact Louis or Tony directly.
